• Brandon Burgess, 30, of Backkingdom Road, Mexico, violation of a protection from abuse order, at 3 p.m. on Feb. 18. The incident occurred at 5:39 p.m. on Feb. 17 on Backkingdom Road. He was transported to the Mexico Police Department where he was released on $600 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on April 3.

• Dennis St. Cyr, 34, of Virgin Street, Rumford, operating after suspension and domestic assault, at 7:37 a.m. Feb. 20, on River Road. He was transported to the Mexico Police Department where he was released on $300 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on April 3.

• Treasa Every, 33, Roxbury, on a warrant for failing to appear on charges of telephone harassment, at 9:27 a.m., Feb. 20, at the Mexico Police Department. She was released on $500 cash bail. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on April 3.

Accident

• Vehicles driven by Gisele J. Glidden, 34, of Oquossoc, and Mark J. Radcliff, 42, of Mexico Avenue, Mexico, collided at 8:35 a.m., Feb. 15, on Swift River Road. Glidden’s 1999 Dodge van, owned by Franklin Chrysler, Farmington, sustained $1,000 damage. Radcliff’s four-door, 1990 Dodge sustained $2,500 damage.
