FARMINGTON – Lawrence P. Scott, 43, of Wilton was arrested for unpaid fines and fees stemming from an operating after habitual offender status charge on Feb. 28. The explanation for the arrest was incorrectly submitted for Friday’s B2 of the Franklin edition.
