LEWISTON – The Dirigo Service Team is hosting a 95th Girl Scout celebration and reunion from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at the Bates College Muskie Archives, 70 Campus Ave.
The event is open to the public.
Events will include a Girl Scout fashion show featuring uniforms from the past from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.; Girl Scout Sunday’s Own Service to celebrate the past, present and future of girl scouting at 2:30 p.m., as well as an opportunity to browse through the many Girl Scout displays and projects. Patches, pins and shirts noting the 95th celebration will also be for sale.
The group is also seeking troop, camp or leader experiences from former and/or current adult Girl Scout volunteers.
