LISBON FALLS – David and Connie Bucher of Lisbon Falls are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lorelei Bucher, to Jerry Vella, son of Dominic and Diane Vella of Bowdoin.

Miss Bucher is a 2003 graduate of Lisbon High School and plans to graduate in May from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies.

Mr. Vella is a 2003 graduate of Mt. Ararat High School and is currently serving with the U.S. Navy and is stationed in Mississippi.

A May wedding is planned.
