AUBURN – There were 2 upsets as playoffs began Monday night in the Recreational Division of the L-A Senior Hockey League at Ingersoll Arena.

Budget Document Technology (6) surprised Play It Again Sports (3) with a 4-1 victory. In a mild upset, Radio City (5) defeated Aggreko (4) 3-0. Custom Metal Fab (1) knocked off Taylor Brook Dental (2) 3-1.

That sets up semifinal games Friday, as follows: 7:30 p.m., Custom Metal Fab vs Budget Document Technology; 8:45, Taylor Brook Dental vs Radio City.

The winners of those games will clash for the championship on Sunday at 6 p.m.

Friday night’s consolation contest at 10 p.m. matches Play It Again Sports against Aggreko.
