The Weird, Wicked Weird article in the April 7 Sun Journal was well-written and interesting. However, I feel the need to comment (not complain) on headlining it as “weird.”

To an increasing number of aware individuals, mediumship and contact with those who have crossed over to the other side is not weird, it is the norm.

I am a Spiritualist. Our belief system is a religion, philosophy and science based on natural law and personal responsibility. This religion has been around for many years, and through mediumship offers proof of life after the change called death. The comfort derived from this knowledge is profound.

I would enjoy reading more stories with a spiritual theme.
