LEWISTON – Douglas and Sonia Taylor, inner-city youth ministers, hosted a Pentecostal youth rally on March 16, bringing together children from the Jesus Party Pentecostal Kids’ Church and the Christ Temple Church of God in Christ in Auburn.

The evening consisted of special music, choreographed dance and Bible teachings.

In February the Jesus Party joined with the Hispanic Church of God of Prophecy for an evening of youth fellowship.

The Taylors said they desire, for their 12th year of ministry, to combine area church youth and Sunday school organizations to encourage peers by using their talents through singing, scripture reciting, dance, puppets, skits and musical abilities.
