I am not surprised by evil events such as the recent massacre at Virginia Tech. I find it dishearteningly easy to understand. My question is, “What do United States’ citizens expect?”

What do they expect when they teach young people that they’ve descended from apes?

What do people expect when children are raised without faith in God, his commandments and wonderful promises?

What do people expect when so much emphasis is placed on money and popularity?

What do citizens expect when they are willing to expose young people to the immoral sex and violence of the media?

What do they expect when it is taught that it’s acceptable to kill unborn babies?

What do they expect when they teach them that there is no body of absolute truth?

What do people expect, living in a nation where one of the most popular shows in television is the decadent “Two and a Half Men”?

What do people expect when children are allowed to think more education is going to solve mankind’s terrible condition?

What can be expected when we are surrounded by politicians and media that consistently lie?

What do people expect when children are allowed to waste time playing inane video games that glorify theft, killing and other insulting behaviors?

What do parents expect when they idolize their children, constantly praising them away from reality?

American citizens have made their bed and must lie in it. I don’t believe people will ever wake up, they’re too proud. And stupid.
