AUBURN – Jann Poland Perkins, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Millett Realty, 155 Center St., has been recognized as a member of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society for her achievements in real estate.

The honor places Perkins within the top 8 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates. Perkins also received other awards for Coldwell Banker sales: seventh in total sales statewide in 2006; ninth in total units sold statewide in 2006; and ninth in total units listed statewide in 2006. She received the awards March 21 at the company awards ceremony in South Portland.

Perkins has been selling real estate for more than 18 years. She is a waterfront and residential specialist. She is a member of the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
