AUBURN – New Auburn American Legion Post 153 and Auxiliary honored Sons of American Legion member and Scout Daniel Poulin for the work and hours he has donated to veterans.

Poulin is a student at Edward Little High School. He wants to be a People to People Student Ambassador in Australia. The trip will take 19 days and cost $6,000. Poulin must raise the funds by seeking sponsors and holding bottle drives and yard sales.

Poulin is also working to become an Eagle Scout and hopes to beautify Briggs Cemetery on Turner Street and hopes he can place flags on veterans’ graves.
