FARMINGTON – Gary and Terri Albee of East Machias are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jesstine J. Albee, to Lance R. Meader, son of Laurie Meader of Farmington and Richard Meader of Vienna.

Ms. Albee is a 2003 graduate of Washington Academy High School in East Machias and a 2005 graduate from Southern Maine Community College, where she received her associate degree in criminal justice. She is currently enrolled in the nursing program at Kennebec Valley Community College .

Mr. Meader is a 2004 graduate of Mt. Blue High School in Farmington and a 2006 graduate of Southern Maine Community College, where he received his associate degree in industrial electricity. He is employed by Johnson & Jordan as a journeyman electrician.

An August 2008 wedding is planned.
