AUBURN – Announcement is made of the engagement of Katharine Treacy and Ryan Parker, both of Auburn.

Miss Treacy is the daughter of Diane Treacy of Auburn and Patrick Treacy of Walpole, Mass. She is a 2004 graduate of Edward Little High School and is employed at Maine Family Credit Union.

Mr. Parker is the son of Rodney Bisbee of Poland and Tracey Parker of Lewiston. He also is the grandson of Reginald and Nancy Parker of Auburn. He is a 2005 graduate of Edward Little High School and is employed at High Tech Fire Protection.

A Sept. 29 wedding is planned.
