Dear Sun Spots: Love your column. It’s the only thing I read every day!

Do you have any information on the Edward Little High School class of 1982? This will be our 25th anniversary so there must be something coming up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help. – K.Walker, Bowdoin.

Dear Sun Spots: I would appreciate any help you could give me in finding a woman who could teach me to knit. I am looking for someone who needs companionship and could offer me stories of days gone by while sharing our life stories. I may be reached at P.O. Box 638, Sabattus, ME 04280, or via phone at 240-3745. – Debra Clarke, Sabattus.

Dear Sun Spots: Is there anyone in the River Valley area (preferred), or Lewiston/Auburn area who repairs digital video cameras? – Carol Littlehale, Rumford.

Answer:
In addition to responses from readers, Sun Spots is not aware of any. Hopefully readers will be willing to share their knowledge with you and others interested in this type of repair.

Dear Sun Spots: West Paris Grange No. 298 will hold a flea market and craft sale, including baked goods and luncheon, on June 16 to help raise money for a new roof. We are looking for people interested in renting tables for $5 each. Please phone 674-3241. We are also seeking clean unbroken items (no clothes, please) for the grange’s flea market tables.

We have a small but dedicated membership. Our hall is on Church Street in the village of West Paris. The hall was built more than 100 years ago. Thank you for your help. – Members of West Paris Grange, West Paris.

Dear Sun Spots: Thanks to the readers who have previously helped our schools! Turner Elementary School and Turner Primary School are trying to raise money for their schools. We are collecting empty inkjet cartridges, empty laser cartridges, old/used cell phones, game consoles and laptops. If any readers have any that they would like to donate, phone 754-8170, and I can make arrangements to pick them up. Thank you. – Laurie Labbe, Turner.

Dear Sun Spots: I have two requests.

First, I’d like a phone number of someone who is qualified to clean an oil painting.

Second, I am looking for a person who might be able to repair, specifically, the eyes of a porcelain doll.

Thank you. – No Name, Farmington.
