AUBURN – Pepsi defeated Hardy-Wolf-Downing 10-6 Saturday in the Major Division. Mitch Lachapelle and Johnny Caiani shared the pitching duties, with Caiani earning the win with 2 strong relief innings. Drew Lashua singled home Adam Edwards with what-proved-to-be the winning run in the fifth inning. Edwards scored 3 times. HWD was led by Evan Hazelton who ripped a double and triple and drove in 3 runs.

Dillingham & Son split a doubleheader in the Minor Division Saturday. Enfco defeated Dillingham 13-4 in the opener. Alex and Donovan both went 3-3 for the winners. Nick Whittemore and Kodi Berube each went 2-2 in a losing effort. . . Game 2 proved to be a pitchers’ duel with Dillingham edging M&P Auto 4-2. Tyler Couture enjoyed a 3-3 game, and Kyle Mooney chipped in with a key hit. Owen Voisine and Patrick collected 3 hits each for M&P. Dillingham is now 2-3 on the season.
