DIXFIELD – The Dixfield Economic Development Council and the Dixfield Police Department are planning a second joint meeting for businesses at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, at the Ludden Memorial Library.

Encouraged by the interest in the last meeting, the committee is hoping for even greater participation this time.

The officers will discuss “Retail Response to Violent or Unruly Customers.” As at the last meeting, there will be an open forum for questions and answers on the topic and in general. All businesses attending are requested to bring enough business cards to share and a list of topics they would like to see discussed at future meetings.
