LEWISTON – PowerPay, headquartered in the Old Port section of Portland, has recently selected FISC, Maine’s largest payment processing company, to provide remote check deposit services to its clients.

FISC is headquartered in Lewiston with offices in Portsmouth, N.H.

PowerPay merchant services include credit card, debit card and gift/loyalty cards, stored value cards, as well as electronic check verification and acceptance services.

FISCorporate captures and transmits check data to FISC’s processing center in Lewiston. From there, checks are processed and deposited to the merchant’s bank account electronically.
