AUBURN – Liberty Rebekah Lodge 94 members will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, June 18, for a cookout in the parking area behind the Grand Lodge Building, 80 Caron Lane.

Hot dogs will be furnished and barbecued by Doreen Locke, noble grand. Members are asked to bring salads and desserts. Beach attire is suggested.

During the meeting, which will begin at 7 p.m. in the Grand Lodge meeting room, second nomination of officers will take place. This is the last meeting before summer recess.

However, there are summer activities planned. On Wednesday,June 20, all Odd Fellows and Rebekahs and their families and friends are invited to a picnic at the Thorpe family cottage and grounds on the shores of Tripp Lake, West Poland. If weather in unfavorable, the alternate date is Friday, June 22. All are to bring their own lunch.

On July 15 members all over the state will gather at 10 a.m. for a Joint Jurisdictional Youth Committee meeting, followed with a chicken barbecue at Camp NEOFA in Montville.

On Aug. 4 there will be an auction and picnic for members all over the state at the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Home of Maine, 85 Caron Lane.
