LEWISTON – The Rev. Douglas and Sonia Taylor and their children will conduct Jesus Parties for children 5-years-old and up on Saturdays July 7, and 14, at 11 a.m. in Kennedy Park. The parties will take place under a gospel tent provided by Revival Crusades Ministries and will be held rain or shine.

Special guest and patriotic mentor Jerry DerBoghosian will be on hand to recite the pledge of allegiance. The children’s crusade will consist of Sunday school songs, object lessons, snacks, and prizes. Rides will also be available on the Holy Roller Express.

The Taylor family has been ministering to inner city youth since 1994, when they moved from their home in a residential area in Lewiston and set up a make-shift children’s chapel in the heart of the inner-city. Area churches are encouraged to bring their children’s church or Sunday School classes.
