Christopher M. Holbrook, 2000 Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School graduate, son of Dan and Laura Holbrook of South Paris, recently graduated with a master of science degree in zoology from the University of Maine, Orono.

Holbrook has accepted a fishery biologist position at the Columbia River Research Laboratory in Cook, Wash. He will study the behavior of juvenile Chinook salmon during their migration to the sea.

Chris and his wife, Lauren, will move to the west coast this month.
