AUBURN – The playoffs were whittled down to 4 teams this week.

In Wednesday’s action, Major Automotive ousted Hart Transportation 7-6, and Meineke Muffler eliminated Pride Concrete 12-2.

The winner of Thursday’s game between Major Automotive-Meineke was set to meet Webber Avenue Club-Buckfield in the semifinal game Friday night.

The survivor will clash with unbeaten E.S.M. in the finals Tuesday night at 7:00 at Pettengill.

The “if” game is set for Wednesday at the same time and place.

AUBURN – Playoffs continue Sunday at 7:30 a.m., and games will be played all day.

In the winners’ bracket, Janet McCarthy will take on the winner of the 7:30 game between Mystery Machines-Margaret Murphy at Lakeview-1. Superior Concrete will clash with Real Deal at 10 a.m. at Pettengill.

Losers’ bracket games are set for 7:30, 8:30, 10:00, 11:30, 1:15 and 3:00.

Championship contest is scheduled for 4:30 p.m., at Pettengill.
