This is in response to wind power projects built on mountains. It’s typical of environmentalists to go against anything that will do anything at all to the environment. They are against using coal. They don’t want people to use oil, either. Heaven forbid people cut trees down, so that takes care of using wood for heat. Solar panels are too ugly. Now they are against harnessing the wind. Maybe we could harness them instead? Line them up and put a few wind turbines in front of them – we would have power for years to come.
Everyone is complaining about the cost of energy. People should complain to the environmentalists about their actions – they are the root cause of energy prices going up, them and government officials. The government makes three times as much money on a gallon of gas than the oil companies. Check it out – look at all the tax on that gallon of gas, most of which is supposed to go for roads and bridges. Gee, I wonder what happens to all that cash?
Now government officials are saying they need more of our hard-earned money for those bridges and roads.
I hope people start keeping a close eye on the very people who are supposed to be helping us out.
