HEBRON – Hebron Academy Middle School opened its doors to a new school year recently, with 23 new students joining 18 returning students.
The year started with an afternoon of get-to-know-you games and a bowling trip at Spare-Time Bowling in Lewiston. New middle school students are from Auburn, Lewiston, Gray, Poland, Raymond, Norway, Wales, Paris, Wayne, Hebron, Bethel, Durham, Minot, Greenwood and Casco.
“What a great start we’ve had to the school year,” said Middle School Director Paul Brouwer. He said, “We have an energetic group of new students joining our returning students, and the chemistry has been electric. The excitement and enthusiasm is contagious, and it reminds us why we love to teach.”
