Pastor Duane and Joan Waite were honored at the Village Mission’s annual staff conference held at Word of Life Inn in Schroon Lake, N.Y., recently. This year was their 40th year with Village Missions. The Waites have served in Maine for the whole 40 years, at one time serving four churches at once. The have served in Northport, Sidney, Springfield, Seldon, Wytopitlock, Haynesville, Andover, Bowdoin and Wesley.
