Nature tour
PARIS – The Twin Town Nature Club will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, in the bowling alley parking lot and depart on a foliage tour to Coos Canyon, Rangeley and the Sandy River.

Boiled dinner
NORWAY – A classic New England boiled dinner will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at the Second Congregational Church, Main Street. The public is invited. Proceeds will benefit the church general fund.
4-H programs
PARIS – The new 4-H year began this month for Oxford County. Following Fryeburg Fair, clubs are recruiting new members if they have room and new clubs start for the year.
Four-H clubs range in project area from livestock and general clubs to specific projects such as technology, career education, photography, the arts, sciences or any other project young people may be interested in learning.
To join 4-H, families can get in touch with Susan Jennings, Extension educator, at 743-6329 or 1-800-287-1482 or potential new leaders can also contact the Extension Office to find out more information about becoming a leader.
Four-H is open to all youth from ages 5 to 18 throughout Oxford County.
