FARMINGTON – A Franklin County grand jury handed up 88 charges against 34 people who were indicted Wednesday.
Among those indicted were Stephen Wing, 30, of Industry, who was indicted on charges of burglary, attempted gross sexual assault, aggravated criminal trespass, unlawful sexual touching, assault and stalking.
Wing is accused of climbing through a window into a mobile home in Industry and trying to sexually assault a teenager in her bedroom in September. The girl was home sick, asleep, and her parents had gone to the store to get a prescription for her and on the way remembered they had forgotten the prescription.
They arrived home to find a chair under a window and Wing on top of their daughter, who was yelling, police said then.
Others indicted were:
• David Hawkes, 18, of Wilton who is accused of inappropriately sexually touching a young girl this summer, indicted on a charge of unlawful sexual contact.
• Ryan Bergman, 28, of Jay, who was arrested twice in less than 24 hours last month, indicted on charges of aggravated unlawful furnishing schedule drugs, furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol. Bergman is accused of furnishing drugs and alcohol to two girls under age 15, within 1,000 feet of a school.
• Robert Ayer, 34, New Sharon, on charges of gross sexual assault, criminal threatening, two counts of assault, stalking and criminal restraint.
• Kasey L. Blodgett, 21, Wilton, on charges of eluding an officer, passing a roadblock, criminal operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, criminal speed, driving to endanger.
• Carole A. Brougham, 45, Wilton, on charges of criminal operating under the influence, operating after suspension, unlawful use of a license.
• Jerome R. Cole Jr., 31, Strong, on charges of forgery, theft by unauthorized taking.
• Thomas R. Cook, 27, Farmington, on charges of assault, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking, violation conditions of release.
• Craig M. Cowper, 29, Coplin Plantation, on charges of tampering with a witness/informant, terrorizing, violation of a protective order.
• Brandon J. Demillo, 19, Jay, on charges of burglary, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking.
• Joshua A. Gage, 24, Farmington, on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, misuse of identification.
• Michelle Gammon, 37, Farmington, on a charge of operating after revocation.
• Michael W. Gatcomb Jr., 23, Fayette, on charges of tampering with a witness/informant, stalking and two counts of violation of condition of release.
• Alex Johnson, 18, Industry, on charges of forgery, violation of condition of release.
• Susan L. Jones, also known as Susan L. Lovejoy, 38, Dryden, on charges of aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, criminal operating under the influence, violation condition of release.
• Justin M. Kuhni, 30, Freeman Township, on a charge of aggravated marijuana cultivation.
• Keith B. Kynock, 27, Cotuit, Mass., on charges of passing a roadblock, driving to endanger, failure to report an accident.
• Robert E. Lee, 46, Jay, on a charge of aggravated assault.
• Jason A. Madore, 22, New Sharon, on charges of operating after revocation, operating unregistered motor vehicle.
• Michael A. McLain, 46, East Wilton, on charges of criminal operating under the influence, operating without a license.
• Sharon Mikrut, 45, Chesterville on a charge of operating after revocation.
• Curtis H. Moody, 38, Mexico, on charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking.
• Shane J. Morse, 19, Jay, on charges of burglary, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking.
• Jon Nurse, 33, Warren, on a charge of tampering with a victim.
• Robert C. O’Connell, 58, New Vineyard, on a charge of criminal threatening.
• Mathieu P. Poulin, 31, Augusta, on a charge of trafficking in prison contraband.
• Shawn M. Quimby, 36, Skowhegan, on charges of assault, refusing to submit to arrest.
• Steven B. Rogers, 40, Rangeley, on charges of aggravated criminal operating under influence, operating beyond license condition or restriction.
• Richard Rose, 47, Carrabassett Valley, on a charge of criminal threatening.
• Joshua Settle, 34, Farmington, on charges of assault, criminal mischief.
• Tricia D. Stevens, 39, Farmington, on charges of criminal operating under the influence, operating beyond license condition or restriction.
• Kelly L. Thibodeau, 29, Farmington, on a charge of aggravated assault.
• Norman B. Thompson, 35, Mexico, on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating condition of release.
• Todd D. Toothaker, 25, Farmington on charges of two counts of operating after revocation, and one count each of criminal operating under the influence, failure to stop for an officer, operating unregistered motor vehicle, violation of condition of release.
