• Vehicles driven by Evangeline M. Nolkemper, 88, of Berry Road, Hartford, and Brent R. Wells, 38, of Eaton Hill Road, Rumford, collided at 1:56 p.m., Oct. 15, on River Road. Nolkemper’s 1987, four-door Oldsmobile sustained $2,000 damage. Wells’ 1990 Chevrolet pickup truck sustained $500 damage.

• A vehicle driven by Debra A. Boutte, 48, of Loudine Avenue, Rumford, collided with a deer at 7:23 p.m., Oct. 16, on Route 2. Her 2007 four-door Hyundai sustained $2,500 damage. The deer was killed.

Charges

• Thomas Mowatt, 45, of Roxbury Road, Mexico, operating after suspension, at 10:18 p.m., Oct. 15. He was bailed from the Mexico Police Department. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Feb. 5.
