The library is open to all residents of Waterford Monday 2 to 6 p.m., Wednesday 3 to 8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to noon and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A homebound delivery program is available. Books will be delivered to residents who are unable to travel to the library for any reason. A volunteer will deliver books to participants approximately every three weeks and they will be renewable by telephoning either the library or the volunteer. To sign up, residents may call the library at 583-2050.
