LEWISTON – Maine Kids-Kin, a program of Families And Children Together, will be offering a training session for professionals working with relatives as parents. “Grandma’s Raising the Kids: Let’s Help!” is an advanced training seminar that will consider the issues facing kinship care, highlight resources available to kinship families, and look at best practices to promote family success in meeting their goals.

This professional training will be held from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on Nov. 30 at the Corrine Croteau Women’s Pavillion at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Campus Avenue. The registration fee is $20.
