MINOT – The wedding of Ashley Sirois and Joey Brown was held at 5 p.m. Aug. 4 in Minot. Sandra Brown, notary public and mother of the bridegroom, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Brown is the daughter of Mark Sirois of Auburn and the late Laureen Dillon. Mr. Brown is the son of Robby and Sandra Brown of Auburn.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white satin strapless gown with beaded lace on the bodice, skirt and chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of white roses.

Serving as best man was Hayden Brown, son of the couple.

The bride is a graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently studying early childhood education.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently employed by the city of Lewiston.

A honeymoon trip to Aruba is planned for this winter.
