AUBURN – The wedding of Nina Carbonneau and Arlon “Butch” Webster was held at 11 a.m., May 19, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn, with immediate family members present. Linda Cote, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Webster is the daughter of Jeanne Carbonneau of Lewiston and the late Roland Carbonneau. Mr. Webster is the son of the late Carroll and Emma Webster of Wales.
Christy and Meghan Webster, daughters of the bridegroom, were attendants for the couple.
A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn, after which the couple traveled to the Linekin Bay Bed and Breakfast in East Boothbay Harbor. They are residing in Lewiston.
The bride is a 1973 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and a 1987 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a master’s degree in education. She has been employed by the Lewiston School Department since 1977 as a special education teacher. She is currently teaching at Gov. James B. Longley Elementary School in Lewiston.
The bridegroom is a 1968 graduate of Monmouth Academy and served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He has been a firefighter with the Lewiston Fire Department since 1977, and is currently assigned to the Main Street Fire Station in Lewiston.
