Elijah, 7, left, Heather, Emma, 2, and Scott Nailor share family reading time in the Auburn Public Library’s children’s room on Thursday evening. Scott Nailor said coming to the library each Thursday after dinner has become a tradition since moving to Auburn four years ago. Elijah was reading “Kat Kong.” Heather and Emma were reading an assortment of children’s books and Scott was reading “It” by Stephen King. “I read it in high school and am reading it again,” said Scott Nailor.
