Citizens meeting

JAY – The Neighborhood Watch program for the Jay Hill Citizens Group will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in the basement of the community building. All interested residents of Jay are encouraged to attend. This month’s topic, “Fraud and Identity Theft,” will be presented by Officer Steve Wilkinson of the Jay Police Department.
