A fish chowder dinner will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at St. Philip’s Church, Route 4, Auburn. The meal is a fundraiser for the Spencer family, struggling due to an illness. There will be chowder, casseroles, biscuits and dessert. Cost will be $7 for adults; $4, children ages 12 to 4; under 4, free. Auburn Hannaford’s donated the fish.
