AUBURN – Marcel Dubois of Auburn, a field agent for the Knights of Columbus, Vanasse Agency, completed a week-long training school at the organization’s international office in New Haven, Conn.

Dubois qualified to attend the school based on completion of an 8-week self-study program, and by achieving sales and production goals during his first 90 days as an agent. He received instruction from the order’s home office staff in understanding clients’ life insurance needs, recommending appropriate products to address those needs, and providing quality post-sale customer service, while maintaining the standards of the life insurance industry and the Knights of Columbus.
