Navy Ensign Joel Strong, son of Dorothy and David Strong of Topsham, recently reported for duty at Naval Air Station, Kingsville, Texas.

Strong is a 2002 graduate of Mt. Ararat High School of Topsham and joined the Navy in May 2006. He is a 2006 graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a bachelor’s degree.
