PORTLAND – North Yarmouth businessman Mark MacMahon was originally held on $10,000 cash bail on several charges alleging business fraud, but he was released on personal recognizance within hours of turning himself in. A story in Saturday’s paper was based on incomplete information from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. Additionally, his father, David MacMahon, who joined his son as a senior executive with KAI-id in April of 2007, left that position in June, according to the younger MacMahon’s lawyer, Jon Gale.
