OTISFIELD – Jonathan Wayne, director of the State Ethics Commission, will be the featured speaker at a meeting of the Oxford County Republican Committee on Tuesday, April 8, at the Christian Alliance Church, Route 121.

Wayne will discuss general information for candidates and campaign workers as well as other election processes overseen by the state. The social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m., followed by the speaker and a brief business meeting, including an election update.

All area Republicans or others interested in learning about the topic are invited. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, May 13, at the Oxford Advent Church, with the dinner sponsored by the Hannibal Hamlin Republican Women’s Club
