• Lloyd Webster, 54, Collins Way, Dixfield, struck a deer as he was driving his 1999 Ford sports utility vehicle, at 8:30 p.m. April 11 along Highland Terrace. The deer was killed. The vehicle sustained $1,000 damage.
• The 2004 Ford four-door sedan driven by Mark Cayer, 44, Holman Road, Rumford, was struck by a deer at 6:55 a.m. April 6 as Cayer was traveling east on the River Road. The deer was killed. Cayer’s vehicle sustained $2,000 damage.
• Vehicles driven by Patt DeFilipp, 86, of Osgood Avenue, Mexico, and Lynda Hebert, 46, of West Peru, collided at 2:26 p.m. April 8 on Main Street, Mexico. DeFilipp’s four-door 1992 Plymouth sustained $900 damage. Hebert’s four-door 2003 Saab sustained $1,300 damage.
Theft
• Joshua Johnston, 19, of High Street, Dixfield, was summonsed on a charge of the theft of less than $2,000 cash from Wal-Mart, Mexico, at 4:30 p.m., April 4. He was an employee of the retailer. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on May 6.
