LEWISTON – The Lewiston Department of Recreation is offering gymnastics classes from April 29 to June 10.
Registrations will be accepted through April 28 at the Lewiston Recreation Office, 65 Central Avenue, weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The office will be closec April 21 for Patriots Day.
For each level, the cost will be $40 for Lewiston residents; $50, for non-residents.
Each class will meet Tuesdays for seven weeks.
Tiny Tots (ages 3 1/2 to 5 years) will meet from 2:45 to 3:30 p.m. or at 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Children in Beginner I, ages 6-8, will meet from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Beginner II, ages 9 and up, will meet from 5:15-6:15 p.m. Intermediate/Advanced, with prior approval of instructor, will meet from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Classes are limited to 10 participants in Tiny Tots, 18 in Beginners I & II, and six in Intermediate/Advanced. Registrations will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
