MEXICO – Police continue to release few details about their investigation into what they say were a series of rapes committed against a Mexico teenager.

However, Mexico police Chief James Theriault said Monday morning that there is no danger to the community from the person police have identified as a suspect.

A friend of the victim, who is a 14-year-old girl, alerted police to the crimes at 1:07 p.m. April 2. Sgt. Roy Hodsdon was assigned the case.
