There is one thing that both adults and teens have a hard time doing, and that is managing their time well. Most days of the week we feel like we have to much to do and never any time to complete the task. Well there is one thing that we can all take up and that is managing our time.

Recently I have joined several new organizations and am in the process of starting another group. I have found that I have little time for most things, but what I have learned is that I have to manage my time. What I have found is that if you sit down even for just five minutes and schedule out your week or month then you will not be so stressed when you missed something. Organizing your time and getting things done early helps relieve stress greatly. When you wait to the last minute you always stress and don’t put your best work into the thing you were working on.

When you manage your time and get things done early, then you can find more free time for yourself to unwind; also if something comes up at the last minute then you will be able to put your full attention towards it. I have found that these methods have helped me manage my time and reduced stress greatly. I hope that you will be able to adapt some of these methods to and add them to your very busy schedules.
