AUBURN – Amanda Baril has been promoted to compliance and security analyst/training coordinator at Mechanics Savings Bank. She conducts new hire training, assists in developing bank personnel, and updates and develops bank procedures. She also assists the risk management department with compliance and security.
Since joining Mechanics Savings Bank in 2003, Baril has held positions that include teller, customer service representative, assistant branch manager, and, most recently, compliance and security analyst. She holds a bank marketing diploma from the Northern New England Center for Financial Training and has participated in professional development seminars and conferences, and has earned certificates in bank operations, team leadership and sales management.
She resides in Auburn with her husband.
