WILTON – Announcement is made of the engagement of Chantel Barrows and Kyle Mitchell, both of Scranton, Pa.

Miss Barrows is the daughter of Catariya Sweeney of Scranton, Pa. Mr. Mitchell is the grandson of Evelyn Mitchell of Wilton.

An Aug. 22 wedding will be held in Dalton, Pa.
