VFW meeting

LEWISTON – The Longley-Dionne VFW Post 9150 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 57 Birch St. All officers and members are asked to attend.

Teen mission

AUBURN – Generation Christ Youth Ministry will hold a parent and youth open house at 6 p.m. Friday Aug. 22, at Christ Temple Church of God in Christ, 2488 Turner Road. The Generation Christ Youth Ministry is on a mission to save the souls of youth across America. The “Call To Attention Open House” focuses on Jesus Christ for teens. Legion to meet
