GRAY – Fiddlehead Center for the Arts will hold adult enrichment programs, beginning the week of Sept. 8. Classes in Zumba, belly dancing, clay, yoga, life drawing, T’ai Chi Ch’uan, and meditation will offer participants an opportunity to charge their inner batteries.
“We are really excited about this fall offering,” said Jacinda J. Cotton-Castro, executive director of the Gray Village location. “More than taking time out for yourself, we have developed these classes with the busy teen/adult in mind and have made the price extremely affordable.”
Many free trial classes will be held the week of Sept. 2. To sign up for the classes or to register for a free trial class, call 657-2244. More information is available at www.fiddleheadcenter.org.
