Lies, lies and more lies. That is what you will hear from John McCain from now until Election Day. The GOP learned long ago that if you tell a lie enough times it becomes truth. The GOP thinks that Americans are stupid.

My guess is that they are right.

Lee Atwater discovered that even if the American people disagree with a candidate on the issues, they will vote for that candidate if the opposition is successfully smeared. Like how the Ronald Reagan campaign smeared President Carter as being too pessimistic. Or as President Bush smeared John Kerry’s service record. The American people don’t care about the issues; they will vote for someone they find likable, even if that candidate is dumb as a rock.

Accordingly, Sen. Barack Obama doesn’t stand much of a chance in November. Unfortunately, I believe too many Americans are racist and don’t like Obama because he is black, or because his name is African and doesn’t sound Christian. These people prove that many Americans are racist, bigoted, stupid and are unChristian themselves.
