LEWISTON – The children and grandchildren of Paul and Marguerite Goulet of Lewiston marked the couple’s 50th wedding anniversary with a party on Aug. 9.

Approximately 60 family members and friends attended the party, which was held at the Biddeford home of daughter Lisa Lyons and her husband, Joseph Lyons, also of Reading, Mass.

The Goulets’ other children and their spouses are Joline and James Wunderl of Southlake, Texas, Gary Goulet of Lewiston, Julie and Juan Chavez of San Diego, and Neal and Sara Goulet of Hershey, Pa.

Their grandchildren are Sam and Molly Wunderl, Kathryn and Allison Lyons, Isabel and Nicholas Chavez and Susanna McLin and Jack Goulet.

Paul Goulet married the former Marguerite Gobeil on Sept. 27, 1958, at Sacred Heart Church in Auburn.

Mr. Goulet retired in 2005 as the founder and owner of Apex Cabinet in Lisbon, which he operated for more than 40 years. Mrs. Goulet has worked in customer service for L.L. Bean for more than 20 years.
