I write in support of the re-election of Rep. Tim Carter, who currently represents House District 91, and represents it well. I served with him during these past two years, and while he is more conservative than I am, I was greatly impressed with his ability to stand up and speak for legislation that would benefit his constituents. He swung my vote on more than one occasion.

We all understand that we must focus on energy, transportation, and education issues to revitalize Maine’s economy. As I’m sure people in his district know, he has really been focusing on the energy portion – he is a big advocate of developing wood-to-energy technology to help solve heating problems and provide good jobs to Western Mainers.

I strongly urge residents to support their experienced legislator, Tim Carter. He will work tirelessly for the people in District 91.
