AUBURN – Norman J. Rattey, a shareholder and director at the law firm of Skelton, Taintor & Abbott in Auburn, will be a featured speaker at a seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services on zoning, subdivision and land development law in Maine. He will focus his lecture on discontinuance, vacation and abandonment of streets. He will lecture to a statewide group of professionals on Dec. 11 in Portland and Dec. 12 in Augusta.
Rattey is a graduate of Colby College and of the University Of Maine School Of Law. His practice areas include real estate, zoning and land use, municipal law, financial institutions and business law.
