• Dale Sheldon, 20, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of passing a stopped school bus, turned himself in at 9:10 a.m. Nov. 21 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $200 cash bail. A court date has yet to be set.

• Yaicha Provencher, 24, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, turned herself in at 11:15 a.m. Nov. 18 at the police station. A court date has yet to be set.

• Joshua M. Gray, 19, Livermore Falls, operating after suspension, operating under the influence, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and being a minor possessing alcohol, about 1:30 a.m. Nov. 15. He was released on $800 unsecured bail to be arraigned on Feb. 3 in Rumford District Court.

Bomb threat

Nov. 14: Police responded to Mountain Valley High School after a bomb threat had been found written on a piece of paper and stuck to a urinal in the boys’ restroom. The school was locked down while the building was searched. After nothing was found, classes resumed. Following an investigation with school officials, a student confessed to the crime and was removed from school and is awaiting further disciplinary action.
